General Requirements for Undergraduate

Entrance Scholarship

Pre-requisites:

  1. Newly admitted regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. W/ Highest Honors and w/ High Honors
 

Requirements:

  1. Recommendation letter from high school principal/director, certifying status as:
  • W/ Highest Honors and w/ High Honors (for undergrad) of the graduating batch with 50 total number of graduating students and more.
  1. One (1) pc. 2×2 color picture (white background w/ nametag)

Academic Scholarship

Pre-requisites:

  1. Regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. Minimum grade requirement per subject of 85 per subject
  4. General Weighted Average (GWA) qualification of 92 or higher

Requirements:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2. Certificate of Moral Character
  3. Copy of last semester Grades
  4. One (1) pc. 2×2 color picture (white background w/ nametag)

Financial Scholarship

Pre-requisite:

  1. Regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. Annual family gross income of 200,000 pesos or less
  4. Has passed the background check and interview of the Collegiate Scholarship Committee
  5. Minimum grade requirement per subject of 80 per subject
  6. General Weighted Average (GWA) qualification of 87 or higher

Requirements:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2. Photocopy of High School Report Card (for incoming undergraduate applicant) or / Copy of Grades
  3. W/ a score of 160 above at the DLSHSI College Admissions Test (CAT)
  4. Certificate of Moral Character
  5. Most recent Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or recent personal ITR if applicant is a working student/ Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax Return (ITR)
  6. Barangay Captain or Mayor’s certification of family and income potential
  7. Certificate of Employment
  8. Most recent billing statement (electricity, water, telephone, internet, cable, etc.)
  9. Vicinity map/sketch of the house’s location
  10. One (1) pc. 2×2 color picture (white background w/ nametag)

Service Scholarship

Pre-requisite:

  1. Regular student should be at least on the 2nd year of playing as varsity or 2nd year of active membership and participation with the institutional chorale of DLSHSI.
  2. Officers of the Institutional Student Council (ISC) (President, Vice President for Academics, Vice President for Activities, Vice President for Operations, Vice President for Finance, Vice President for Publicity and Mobilization, Executive Secretary, and College Assembly Presidents); SaringHimig (SH) (President, Vice President for Internals, Vice President for Externals, Secretary, Treasurer, and College Representatives) and Office of Student Services’ Accredited Institutional Organization (OSSAIO).
  3. Winners in international, national, regional, and provincial sports and cultural competitions (recognized & accredited by the Institution)
  4. With good academic standing with grades not lower than 80.
  5. General Weighted Average (GWA) of 83 or higher.
  6. Has a rating of 50% based on the Varsity/Chorale Point Scoring Checklist of the Director for Sports, Culture and Special Events

Requirements:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2. Certificate of Moral Character
  3. One (1) pc. 2×2 color picture (white background w/ nametag)

Gawad Lasalyanong Edukasyon

Pre-requisite:

  1. Regular student
  2. Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  3. Graduate of Science schools and/or biggest public schools (whose Principals are ranked as Principal 3 or 4) in terms of the school population in CALABARZON, Metro Manila and other areas in the country
  4. Top two (2) of the graduating batch
  5. W/ a score of 170 above at the DLSHSI College Admissions Test (CAT) with a General Average of 90% or its equivalent rating in the other public schools during their Grade 12

Requirements:

  1. Letter of Intent
  2. Result of the College Admission Test (CAT) w/ a score of 170 and above
  3. Letter of Recommendation from high school principal/director certifying status as w/ Highest Honors
  4. Photocopy of High School Report Card (Form-138)
  5. Certificate of Moral Character
  6. Most recent Income Tax Return ITR) of parents or Affidavit of Non-Filing of ITR
  7. Certificate of Employment of both parents
  8. Most recent billing statement (e.g. electricity, water, telephone, internet, cable, etc.)
  9. Vicinity map/sketch of the house’s location
  10. One (1) pc. 2×2 color picture (white background w/ nametag)

Externally Funded Scholarships

Requirements and policies for this type of scholarship are set by the sponsoring organizations and are evaluated by the offices concerned but the applicants are required to file their applications at the Lasallian Access & Success Office.

Brother President Scholarship Program (BPSP) Enhanced Brother President Scholarship Program (EBPSP) Employees’ Dependents (EDSP) / Grand Father Clause (GFCSP) Scholarship Program / St. La Salle Medical Education Benefit (SLMEB)

Pre-requisite:

  1. Regular employee of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute or De La Salle University – Dasmarinas

Requirements:

  1. Scholarship Application Form
  2. Original copy of the Certificate of Employment of the applicant faculty or staff, issued by Human Resource Management with certification that the applicant has been granted a permanent status
  3. Clear copy of the birth Certificate of the dependent
  4. Adoption papers if dependent is legally adopted
  5. Prospectus of the course enrolled in
  6. Certificate of Admission from the school or course enrolled in
  7. One (1) pc. 2×2 color picture (white background w/ nametag)
